REFUND POLICY
1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER/SMALLER SIZE / DIFFERENT COLOR / WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT?
We do offer free exchanges if the item recieived is a different size/color/product than what we have listed. And If you just would like to change product with … you have to send the product to our warehouse (address) and returning shipping cost is your responsbility and once we receive your product we can send the new product with … size/color/design.
